Peak teams up with Petra AWT

Peak have teamed up with Petra AWT and appointed them agents for all our Malaysian business. Petra Energy and Advanced Well Technologies (AWT) have formed a joint venture to provide complete field development solutions for Oil & Gas companies in Malaysia and other selected areas in Southeast Asia and the Asia Pacific region. Petra Energy, which is listed on the Main Board of the Malaysian Stock Exchange, is exclusively an Integrated Brown Field Services provider for the upstream Oil and Gas industry. AWT is a leading independent provider of Innovative Field Development and Refurbishment solutions to the global upstream Oil and Gas industry. The joint venture combines AWT's well construction and field development with Petra Energy's maintenance, procurement, fabrication, installation and production facility commissioning capabilities. Petra AWT hold all of the Petronas Licences relevant to Peak's product line which will allow Peak to provide its specialised equipment and services into Malaysia. This partnership will provide Petra AWT with Peak's best-in-class specialised downhole tool's to incorporate into its impressive portfolio in Malaysia and South East Asia.
