All Peak products, whether sales or rentals, come supplied with:

• full documentation and certification packages
• onsite training for first-time users (optional)
• redress kits (optional)

Training

For first-time users, Peak recommends on-site training to operate and oversee Peak tool operation in the field. This support ensures that all personnel are fully conversant with the tool operation which can make a huge difference in the outcome of a well intervention.

Peak provides training to our customers on the complete range of Peak tools. Peak has developed training packages for all tools including electronic animations, aluminum cut-aways and data manuals. The animations provide a strong visual view of how the tools are assembled and how they operate in the well.

Ongoing Support

Peak can review an oil company's wells and provide recommendations for best practice when putting together proposals for wireline packages. Moreover, Peak can also review individual wells to ascertain the best tool package for carrying out interventions and achieve the highest chance of success.
